HI. I still can’t talk – Laryngitis!!  :P

After the two presentations today, please do some art work. After the presentations we, who remain, will all be doing a final assignment – a colored pencil mandala.

Seniors must clean their lockers today or right after their presentations. Also must do a cleanup assignment.

               MAKE SURE YOU ARE CLOSING THE LAP TOPS DOWN CORRECTLY. DON’T JUST TURN THEM OFF. THIS IS WHAT MAKES THEM GLITCH UP. IT LOCKS UP THE SOFT-WARE.

Last blast - no classes. Assembly big Thursday. Meeting on Thursday for class reps.

I am using these (techiniques) and these (art elements and principals)  to communicate these ideas - remember you can communicate these specific ideas (yours). Remember we can think about ideas either rationaly (mind) emotional (heart) as well vscerally (in our guts!)

Remember you need a pretty specific main idea.

Festival of the Arts 2011

 Wednesday, May 18th and Thursday, May 19th

Students may visit the exhibit during the day.

The public is invited from 6 – 8  Thursday evening.

 Deadline for submissions (to the library) is:

            Friday, May 6th for all entries that must be matted (fine art and photography),

            Friday, May 13th for all else.

Mid quarter is May 13 - this means before May 12  I will need to grade your show painting, your participation, your presnetation as well as your sketch-book up-dates.
